Do you want to lead construction projects that contribute to a sustainable society of the future?

In this role, you will have a key position in driving residential projects across Sweden. You are responsible for the delivery of our prefabricated wall elements – from the handover from sales to the delivery at the construction site. The role involves significant personal responsibility and many interfaces, where you help create the prerequisites for a successful project from start to finish.

Derome Husproduktion produces homes in our house factories in Anneberg and Kristinehamn and delivers projects throughout Sweden. As part of Sweden's largest family-owned timber industry, we are driving development towards more sustainable construction.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for the implementation of the project. You plan, coordinate, and drive the projects forward throughout the entire process, ensuring that quality, economy, and delivery follow agreed goals.

In the role, you work closely with customers, designers, production, suppliers, and contractors. You become an important link between several parts of the business and contribute to creating efficient and successful projects.

Your main tasks include:

• Responsible for project design, planning, and coordination.
• Ensure the project's economy, quality, and schedule.
• Handle administration, follow-up, and documentation.
• Conduct purchases and coordinate suppliers.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in quality, environment, and working methods.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who thrives on taking responsibility and driving multiple projects in parallel. You have the ability to create structure, maintain an overview, and simultaneously build good relationships with the people around you.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least two years of experience in project management, construction management, or a similar role within construction or house production.
• Relevant post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or project management.
• Good understanding of the construction process and experience in driving projects towards set goals.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in digital systems.

It is meritorious with experience of:

• Project design
• Tendering and cost calculation
• The business system Monitor
• Document management systems and other digital project tools.
