About the position

As a Property Technician, you play a key role in ensuring that the municipality's properties function well and maintain a high standard. You work with both preventive and corrective maintenance and are responsible for the operation, supervision, and optimization of technical installations.

The work involves many contact points, and you collaborate closely with colleagues, operations, tenants, and external contractors. Scheduled on-call duty is included in the position. The role also includes certain caretaker duties.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a start date in autumn 2026 as agreed. A probationary period may apply.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Handle and resolve reported faults.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
• Be responsible for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of technical installations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems for heating, ventilation, and indoor climate.
• Replace and maintain items such as white goods and other property equipment.
• Order and follow up on minor repairs and maintenance efforts.
• Conduct rounds, systematic fire protection work (SBA), safety rounds, and other authority inspections.
• Coordinate and follow up with external contractors.
• Contribute to efficient and sustainable solutions within operations and property maintenance.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school education in technology, property, or another relevant area. A university college degree in property technology is an advantage.
• Has a few years of experience working in property technology, operations, or maintenance.
• Has good technical understanding and experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Is accustomed to working in digital systems.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
