We at Attendo are now looking for a registered nurse for our facility Nämndemansgatan in Motala.

About the role
As a nurse at our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions on actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The shift towards "Near Care" means that more specialized healthcare interventions take place at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence operations.
As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent, while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual.
Main responsibilities
- Medication management
- Work in national quality registers
- Mentoring and supervision of nursing staff
- Care responsibility for patients
Who are you?
As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those living with us.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Merits if you also have:
- Experience from working in private care services
- Experience in mentoring/supervision
- Education in geriatrics or district nursing
