Maximalfönster is a modern window company with roots in Gästrikland. We develop and manufacture aluminum windows with a focus on easy installations and long-term solutions, having grown from a local sheet metal workshop in Åshammar to an established player in the market.

Your Responsibilities

Do you want to combine operational work with leadership in a manufacturing environment? Do you thrive in a role where you take responsibility, develop teams, and work closely with daily operations? Then this might be the right opportunity for you!

Maximalfönster is now looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader with Dispatch Responsibility who wants to ensure an efficient and high-quality logistics and production process. You are responsible for the dispatch of products and work operationally with loading and unloading trucks. You plan and handle transport orders and are responsible for operational purchasing related to the business. In parallel, you lead and distribute the daily work within the team, ensure efficient workflows and deliveries, and actively contribute to developing both working methods and processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and has the ability to lead others, even if you have not previously held a formal management role.

We prefer that you have previous experience from production, warehousing, or similar operations and possess strong leadership skills, driven by a desire to develop both people and working methods. As a person, you are structured and solution-oriented with strong collaboration skills, and you thrive in an operational role where you actively contribute to the daily work.

Technical Requirements: A forklift license and wheel loader license are required for this position.
