MIAB is looking for a Team Leader for our growing area in Norrköping, which is expanding with more customers and employees.

As a Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up on, and ensure the quality of cleaning services in your assigned area. You will staff temporary workers when needed and ensure that both customers and staff have a good day at work!

The role involves customer contact, which places high demands on a sense of service and care, which is also MIAB's motto.

In this role, you will also perform cleaning duties for our customers to some extent during your working day if required. You are flexible and always ready to step into the role of a cleaner if needed to ensure delivery to the customer. You work together with colleagues in the same position and report to the Operations Manager.

We travel between our customers by car, which requires that you have a driver's license for manual transmission cars and drive in a safe and secure manner.

The work also involves using our systems, which requires computer literacy.

Language requirements for the position: Swedish

Swedish language skills are required, including the ability to speak, read, and communicate in simple language.

About you:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You find it easy to work both individually and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning and who holds SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800 certification. Leadership training is also an asset.
