About the Role

As a vehicle technician with us, you will independently perform all common repair and maintenance tasks, primarily on Ford models. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing regular service and maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing faults and defects
• Using modern troubleshooting equipment and tools
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in technology and vehicle mechanics. You are responsible, structured, and appreciate working according to routines and processes. As a person, you are engaged, receptive, and communicative, enabling you to understand the customer's needs and describe how they should be resolved. Since planning does not always hold, you must be flexible and able to handle stress. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude and find it easy to collaborate with others.

Qualifications

• Upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on vehicles
• Category B driver's license
• Good computer and data skills
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in similar work is an advantage

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome applications from both women and men.
