Your responsibilities The tasks may vary depending on the assignment, but typically involve working with CNC-controlled machines, reading technical drawings, measuring, and quality assurance. You will work in a production environment where collaboration, structure, and continuous improvement are central, often in teams with shared goals and established working methods.
The role includes operating and monitoring CNC-controlled milling or turning machines, usually with Siemens control systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct jobs and tools are available in production, as well as performing quality checks on manufactured parts and daily maintenance of the machines. The role also involves ongoing contact with nearby departments to handle any issues and contribute to an efficient production flow.

Working hours may vary and often involve different forms of shift work, depending on the business's needs.
Your profile Requirements for the position:
- Technical education or industrial experience as a CNC operator.
- Knowledge of reading technical drawings.
- Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills.
Merits for the position:
- Experience in machine handling, machining, and precision technology.
- Experience in self-inspection.
- Knowledge of the business system IFS.
Given the varied tasks involved in this role, you must be flexible, engaged, and unpretentious. You are responsible, cooperative, and have good communication skills, as the work involves continuous contact with various colleagues.
Application process This is initially a 6-month consulting assignment with the possibility of extension or direct employment with the client after a period of hiring. Start is immediate or by agreement. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
