As our order volume increases, we are strengthening our team with additional employees.

We are looking for a Production Technician who will primarily work with our film production and conversion. Your role involves driving continuous improvements within production, as well as proposing and participating in projects that we decide on together to increase our efficiency. You will also be part of the team responsible for resolving daily disruptions in our production. We are looking for a "hands-on" person who collaborates closely with other technicians, UH staff, and production management to achieve our production goals.

You thrive working both independently and in a team, always with the ambition to meet set goals and deadlines. Furthermore, you are structured, proactive, and analytical. It is important that you can work under your own responsibility and have good communication skills. You have good proficiency in Swedish.

We see that you meet the following criteria:

1. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
2. You are interested in technology and skilled at finding solutions to problems.
3. You can drive decided projects and installations, and subsequently train operators.
4. You are curious and enjoy learning new things.
5. You enjoy working in a group.

You should have a few years of experience in production within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the plastics industry.
