As a Supply Administrator here, you will have a daily routine where order and structure truly make a difference – for the environment and for people's health. You will become a crucial link between procurement, warehousing, laboratories, and suppliers, helping to ensure that all materials are in place when needed. Here, you will combine practical work with administrative tasks in an environment where quality, safety, and sustainability are in focus.

We are a national company within environmental analysis and laboratory services, with several offices and labs across the country. We operate in the private sector, but with a clear societal mission: to contribute to a better environment and to protect public health. We are now looking for you who like structure, like to keep things running smoothly – and who actually finds a well-organized warehouse somewhat satisfying.

About the role

In the role of Supply Administrator, you work closely with both the laboratory and other support processes, ensuring that the material flow functions smoothly from order to warehouse and onward to operations. You monitor levels, follow-ups, and documentation, contributing to our ability to maintain high quality and delivery security. You work according to clear routines but also have room to suggest improvements.

  • Ongoing ordering and requisition of materials, consumables, and equipment according to established routines
  • Administrative handling in business systems, including follow-up of orders, deliveries, and warehouse status
  • Receiving, checking, registering, and potential repacking of incoming goods
  • Ensuring order, structure, and labeling in warehouses and storerooms, preferably with LEAN and 5S thinking
  • Documentation according to our quality systems and environmental and safety requirements
  • Daily collaboration with laboratories, colleagues, and suppliers to solve practical issues regarding materials and deliveries

Your profile

We believe you thrive when you can combine practical work with administration, and that you like things to be clear, correct, and in the right place. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you are curious, meticulous, and enjoy learning new systems and routines. You appreciate teamwork but have no problem taking personal responsibility and driving your tasks forward.

  • A high school education is required
  • Experience in administrative work within procurement, warehousing, logistics, or similar is advantageous
  • Practical experience from warehousing, packing, or similar operations is advantageous
  • Good computer skills and confidence in working with various systems
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as well as basic English
  • You work in a structured, meticulous manner and have a good sense of order

Our offer

Here you get more than "just a job" – you become part of an operation where your work actually contributes to protecting the environment and people's health. We are accredited and certified according to international standards, which means we take quality, safety, and environmental responsibility very seriously. At the same time, we have a daily routine with a high pace, much collaboration, and short decision-making paths, where it is close to both colleagues and managers.

Our culture is characterized by a sense of team, engagement, and the desire to improve things a little every day. We work according to LEAN principles and encourage initiative, innovation, and knowledge sharing. You will have good opportunities for personal and professional development, and we place great emphasis on your ability to grow in the role and in the organization over time.

Do you want to be part of creating "A better, safer and more interconnected world"? At SGS, we make a real difference! SGS contributes to an improved environmental situation and to a long-term sustainable society. Welcome to an organization that contributes to a healthier world!

Location and working hours

The position is a full-time role based in Linköping. You will primarily work daytime hours, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required based on operational needs. SGS applies a 6-month probation period.
