About the Role

As a Sprinkler Technician at IVAB, you are responsible for providing our customers with the best possible service. You will be part of a team of Sprinkler Technicians working locally around our branches in Örebro and Uppsala, as well as nationally and internationally. The work involves both servicing existing sprinkler installations and installing completely new systems in construction sites and existing buildings.

Common Responsibilities:

• Installation of sprinkler systems
• Assembly of pipes and sprinkler heads
• Reading drawings and taking measurements
• Service and maintenance of sprinkler systems
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Pressure testing and commissioning
• Renovation and completion of installations
• Documentation and self-inspections
• Other tasks within the field

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are trained or certified as a sprinkler technician, or alternatively a plumbing technician (VS) with experience in sprinklers. We believe you have the desire and ambition to develop your knowledge within sprinkler installations and fire protection systems.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible, with a good ability to solve problems. IVAB always strives for the highest quality in completed work and building long-term relationships with customers and clients – therefore, it is important that you have a strong service mindset.

We also see that you have good customer interaction skills and are service-oriented. You need to be able to work both independently and in a team, as well as be flexible in your working methods.

Requirements

• To work with many of our customers, you must possess and be able to present a valid identity document, such as a passport or national ID card.
• Category B driver's license
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
