ProCell was founded in 1986 and has since established itself as a reliable supplier within precision-critical CNC machining, specializing in milling and turning of complex parts with high tolerance requirements. We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator with experience in milling or turning. If you are passionate about technology and motivated by a role that involves not just machine operation but also exciting development opportunities, such as programming and process improvement, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate lathes and milling machines, as well as fine-tune existing programs.
• Contribute suggestions for improvements in programs and machining to production engineers.
• Ensure that product quality meets customer specifications and drawing documentation through visual inspections and precision measurements to verify dimensions and tolerances.

About You

We are looking for someone with a humble approach who is motivated by developing both themselves and the company together with their colleagues. To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience in CNC machining within turning and/or milling.
• Good proficiency in reading and working from drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in collaboration and continuous improvement.

At ProCell, we are a tight-knit team of approximately 25 employees in the workshop. We offer a technically stimulating work environment with modern machinery and high demands for precision and quality. Our workshop is located at Jägarvallen on Björklundsgatan 7 in Linköping, with good parking facilities and a convenient commute from surrounding areas.
