Job Description

The Social Services Department is seeking temporary and summer substitutes for night shifts at the Elderly Care Facility (ÄBO), Short-term Care, and the Night Patrol.

Within these operations, you will work as a nursing assistant, care assistant, or trainee. Your duties include supporting residents with hygiene, dressing, preparing meals, and performing care and support tasks. At the short-term care facility, duties may also include rehabilitation and rotating care.

Qualifications and Merits

Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Educational background from the nursing program or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in healthcare.
• Knowledge and experience in medication management and medication delegation.

As a person, you are flexible, sensitive to others' needs, meticulous, and service-oriented. You are solution-focused and have a good manner of dealing with people. You collaborate easily with managers, colleagues, and other professional categories, and can work both independently and in a team. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that residents receive safe and secure care.

Employment Terms and Conditions

Type of Employment: Fixed-term employment.

Duration: 11 days to 3 months.

Start Date: Recruitment is ongoing, and start dates are agreed upon individually.
