What the role entails

As a Technical Information Specialist at Aleido, you will:

• Collect, analyze, structure, and produce technical information for our customers' products.
• Drive documentation and customer projects together with colleagues, ensuring that deliverables are consistent, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Map customers' products and needs, and further develop their information structure.
• Support our customers in their digitalization journey and contribute improvement suggestions regarding information solutions and working methods.

At Aleido, we work to bridge the gap between technology and people across several industries such as defense, industry, and Medtech, which means there is a variation in the assignments and roles we work with.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who thrives when diving into projects and technologies that are constantly evolving. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A few years of experience as a Technical Information Specialist.
• Experience working with XML-based tools.
• Experience with topic-based writing.
• Experience working with CCMS (Component Content Management Systems).
• Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience with S1000D and STE is considered an asset.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have a knack for simplifying complex information. You thrive in a consultant role, take responsibility for your own work, and appreciate collaborations with many contact points. You have a genuine interest in technology and like to stay updated on new working methods and technologies, such as AI.
