About the job

The tasks and assignments cover a broad area and vary in both size and composition. You need to be able to apply and use your previous experience in partially new contexts. In your work, you will meet individuals, both with and without your level of experience, so you need to have the ability to communicate effectively in various contexts.

The work is based in Norrköping, Gothenburg, or Stockholm, where we work with supervision, licensing, and regulatory development within air traffic services/air navigation services (ATM/ANS). We work together with many different actors within the aviation sector in Sweden, Europe, and the rest of the world.

You will

• work with various technical issues within air traffic control and air traffic services,
• work with supervision and licensing,
• participate in the development and change of regulations,
• have contact with providers of air traffic services,
• have contacts with other states' aviation authorities as well as international organizations, and
• contribute to tasks within the agency based on the needs of the entire operation.

The job involves travel, primarily within Sweden but also to other parts of Europe.

You must have

• many years of professional experience within air traffic control or air traffic services (ATM/ANS)
• good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
• a driver's license with category B.

It is meritorious if you also have

• specific knowledge from the services radar (S) or flight briefing (AIS)
• professional experience from flight safety assessments or work with changes in functional systems, or
• experience working with quality or safety management.

The employment is permanent with placement in Norrköping, Stockholm/Kista, or Gothenburg.

Appointment according to agreement

Opportunities for remote work exist based on operational needs, up to 3 days. An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. Therefore, a security check with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
