Who are we?

Pilbäck Mark & Anläggning (PMA) is a family-owned company. Founded in 2011, we have developed over the years, together with our customers and employees, into an established player in the civil engineering and construction industry in the Stockholm region. Today, we have approximately 40 employees and a similar number of subcontractors. We operate within pipeline construction for electricity, district heating, and district cooling, as well as foundation work and fine grading for residential and office buildings. Our customers are typically pipeline owners, large construction companies, and property owners.

About the job

As a construction worker with us, you will perform your tasks independently related to earthworks for infrastructure such as electricity and district heating, house foundations, water and sewage work around and under houses, and fine grading of streets, parks, or schoolyards. Planting or maintenance of plantings may also occur.

The tasks require documented prior experience from the construction trade and good references. We would like you to have a vocational certificate as a construction worker. It is an advantage if you also have operator certificates for wheel loaders and/or excavators. It is also an advantage if you have previously held a leadership role, such as a foreman.

Here, you will become part of a team working on various types of projects. Our assignments are spread across Stockholm, and over time, we will provide you with your own tools and car.

You have previously worked with some, or preferably many, of the tasks common in the construction trade, such as excavation and backfilling in street environments, stone setting and laying of pavers and paving bricks, asphalt work, pipe laying for water and sewage, traffic closures, and sign work. We believe you have worked at least 5 years in the profession.

You have experience with and master reading drawings and using measuring instruments and lasers.
