Modern Estimator in Civil Engineering – Driven and eager to develop

On behalf of our client, Sibe Construction is looking for a modern estimator within civil engineering. Here you get the chance to step into a role where you independently manage the bidding process – from start to finish – while also contributing to the development of both the role and the company.

You will work with estimating, bidding, and procurement within earthworks and civil engineering, handling bid and quotation flows towards customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Projects range from 500,000 SEK up to 80 million SEK as the largest. Your background

We are looking for someone familiar with working in modern estimating software, and we preferably see that you have previously worked with BidCon. You are driven by improving both working methods and results. You have experience within civil engineering and have preferably worked with estimating before. You have experience in construction law and standards such as AMA/MER/RA-Anläggning as well as AB04 and ABT06.

Good computer skills are a given, and you master the Office package, especially Word and Excel. If you also have insights into economics or experience with contract management and scheduling, it is a plus. We view applicants with technical education within contracting, earthworks, or civil engineering positively. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement.
