We are looking for driven chefs – do you want to become part of our kitchen team?

Do you love high tempo, quality ingredients, and the feeling of a tight-knit team in service? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

Here, the kitchen is the heart of the entire experience – this is where the pace is set, flavors are created, and the foundation for the guests' overall impression is built. We prepare food for everything from energy-filled evenings in the sports bar, where the pressure is high and the pulse is fast, to classic à la carte dining where the focus is on precision, quality, and presentation.

The pace in the kitchen varies with the seasons – from intense periods with high pressure to more planned setups. A large and important part of our operations involves groups and conferences, which means you will also work with larger orders where structure, collaboration, and timing are crucial to delivering a truly great experience.

About the role As a chef here, you are a vital part of the whole. You work in a kitchen with high pressure, good energy, and a strong focus on teamwork. Together, you ensure that every plate leaving the kitchen maintains a high standard – even when the pace is at its fastest.

You will work broadly in the kitchen and be involved in daily operations, where structure, collaboration, and professional pride make a difference every day.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a few years of experience as a chef (approx. 4–5 years)
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and can deliver even when it is fully booked
  • Is a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere in the kitchen
  • Has a passion for food, flavors, and ingredients
  • Is structured and organized – even when it is stressful
  • Speaks Swedish and/or English

Merits:

  • Experience working with à la carte
  • Experience working with traditional Swedish home cooking (husmanskost)
  • Experience from a sports bar or similar environment
  • Has restaurant education
  • Has been involved in menu planning or ordering

We offer you:

  • A wonderful team with good energy and strong cohesion
  • A workplace where much happens and development is part of everyday life
  • An inspiring workplace that offers training related to the kitchen in our sports bar, where you get the opportunity to sharpen your skills, develop in your role, and broaden your competence in several areas of kitchen work.

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period according to the HRF-Visita collective agreement

Scope: 100%

Start date: As soon as possible (interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis)

Working hours: Evenings and weekends, daytime hours may occur

We are recruiting on an ongoing basis – so don't wait to submit your application!

Do you have questions about the position? Contact Patrik Fjällstedt, Team Leader Kitchen, at [email protected] (Applications are not accepted via email.)

Here, you will become part of a tight-knit team in a vibrant environment with varying workdays and many different types of guest interactions.

Does this sound like your next challenge? Submit your application today!
