To the Sugar Department, we are now looking for you who want to take on the role of Process Operator/Maintenance Technician. This is an important and varied role in an inclusive department with engaged colleagues. The role's responsibilities follow the year at the sugar factory, which is divided into two periods: the beet campaign (September to January) when we manufacture sugar and feed products from sugar beets, and the maintenance period (February to August). The position is a permanent employment and is performed during daytime hours during the maintenance period, and on shifts during the beet campaign. The position is located in Örtofta.

Main responsibilities:

As a process operator during the beet campaigns, the work consists of:

• Working in a team with careful monitoring and control within the sugar process section to ensure efficient operation.
• Conducting process optimizations in the production process using control systems and laboratory analyses, as well as performing necessary process corrections in consultation with other employees on the shift.
• Performing operator maintenance and assisting in major repair interventions.

As a maintenance technician during the maintenance periods, the work consists of:

• Working in a team that together is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of our machinery and production equipment in our beet factory.
• Participating in project work, e.g., during investment projects and other changes at the workplace.

Your background

• You have a technical/mechanical basic education at the upper secondary level or equivalent.
• You have good experience in maintenance/repair of process equipment in manufacturing industry.
• You master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• You have good knowledge of the Office package.
