About the position

At Humana Trumslagarbacken, we work with a person-centered approach – the wishes and needs of each elderly person are our priority. As a summer substitute, you are a key person in creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful daily life for our seniors. Together with colleagues in a positive work climate, you make a difference every day!

Working hours: Varying working hours (day, evening, weekend)

Employment level: As needed

Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

Start date: Start date is ongoing

What does the role involve?

As care staff with us, you will have a varied and rewarding job. Your tasks include:

• Planning and carrying out daily tasks together with your colleagues.
• Documentation and handling of any deviations.
• Person-centered care.
• Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to create the best possible care and support.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who is a team player with a big heart and a responsible attitude. You enjoy collaborating but can also take initiative and work independently.

It is a plus if you have experience in person-centered work, and we believe you are good at building relationships and keeping the mood up in all situations!

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as a nurse assistant (undersköterska) or care assistant (vårdbiträde) with at least 1 year of experience from care work.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have experience with documentation according to SoL (Social Services Act).
• Have experience with various delegations and lifting techniques.

Note that you need to be able to present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. We request extracts from the criminal record register. For nurse assistants, a certificate of protected professional title is required.
