We are now looking for more sawmill operators who want to become part of our operations.

As a sawmill operator, you are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of one or more machines that produce various wood products. The work is carried out with a strong focus on safety and quality. The machines are handled either manually or through control via the facility's digital control system.

The role also includes tasks such as sorting, packaging, and handling timber. The work is performed according to current production planning as well as safety and work instructions to ensure efficient and safe production.

As an operator, you work at various parts of the facility, for example in the sawmill, planing mill, sawn timber handling, and dispatch, which provides a varied working day and a broad understanding of the production process.

Working hours are arranged in two shifts, and the expected start date is week 32.

To thrive in the role of sawmill operator, you are a responsible and safety-conscious person who always works carefully and follows current routines and instructions. You have a technical interest and feel comfortable working both practically and with digital control systems.

You are attentive and quality-conscious, which allows you to quickly detect deviations and contribute to efficient and safe production. Since the work often takes place in collaboration with colleagues, you are a team player with good cooperation skills, while also being able to work independently and take initiative when the situation requires it.

You are flexible and adapt easily to different workstations and tasks. In addition, you have a positive attitude, are engaged in your work, and contribute to a good work environment.

To qualify for the role, you should have a completed upper secondary education, a B driver's license, and be proficient in Swedish. It is an advantage if you have a forklift and/or overhead crane license.
