The assignment starts via temporary staffing with the ambition to offer permanent employment at the client.

About the Role

As an assembler at Micropol, you play a key role in the assembly of our fiber optic products. Your workday begins at your designated workstation, where you handle and process orders based on assembly instructions.

Working Hours:

Week 1 (Monday–Friday): 05:30–14:15

Week 2 (Monday–Thursday): 13:30–23:15

Initially, you will start during day hours (07:00–16:00) before transitioning to a two-shift system.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, which is essential for following instructions and documenting work correctly. You must have good fine motor skills and good color vision, as these attributes are crucial in the daily work with our fiber optic products. As an assembler, full focus on the task and the ability to work efficiently are required. Additionally, you must pass a medical examination to ensure your suitability for working with chemicals.

Merits

Experience from similar tasks or soldering is considered a merit, as it can give you an advantage in assembling our products. Previous experience in production or technical assembly is also beneficial.
