What will you do?

We are now looking for employees who want to take care of our customers' courtyards during the growing season of 2026.

We perform contractual garden maintenance for housing cooperatives and property owners throughout Stockholm and its surrounding areas, and we also actively work to develop our customers' green environments.

Daily tasks include weeding planting areas and weed control on paved surfaces using various methods, pruning, hedge trimming, tying up climbing plants, edging, and mowing.

At the beginning and end of the season, we renovate existing plantings and establish new ones. For some of our customers, we also handle the planting and maintenance of outdoor plants throughout the year. We also ensure that we highlight and communicate the development potential we see in their residential courtyards to our customers, thereby creating varied and enjoyable tasks while delivering added value to the customer.

The work as a seasonal gardener is varied and social. You will meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment.

You can work alone or in a group; you plan your days together and take initiative – you have great freedom under responsibility. Regardless of the weather, you work outdoors, and you will be physically active throughout the day. The job involves driving vehicles with trailers and understanding what that entails.

The mobile phone is an important work tool where you keep track of your email, handle time reporting, and similar tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are engaged, responsible, and caring. You have good knowledge of plants and green area maintenance, or a curiosity and interest in learning. You enjoy planning your own time, are flexible, and solution-oriented.

Since you may work in a group, it is a prerequisite that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere within the work group. It is also important that you have the ability to create well-being and trust in contact with residents in housing cooperatives. You are practical-minded and enjoy being active.

Education and previous work experience in gardening are meritorious but not required; the most important thing is that we find the right person. A Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles is required.

The season runs from late March/early April until September. You may work within the entire market area.
