Näsgården is a dairy farm located just outside Örnsköldsvik, surrounded by beautiful nature, friendly people, and close proximity to services. The owners, Amanda and Oskar, have been running the farm since 2021. Our driving force is to find new solutions and constantly improve, with the goal of staying at the forefront of the industry.

The farm houses 350 dairy cows, and we are currently recruiting. We cultivate approximately 675 hectares of arable land, focusing on forage production but also growing grain for threshing. The cows are milked using six robotic milkers in a modern loose-housing barn.

The team at Näsgården is dedicated and forward-thinking. For us, the animals are the priority, and our most important goal is to ensure they have the best possible living conditions. We also value a pleasant work environment and take pride in the work we do together, both with the animals and in crop production.

We are now looking for you who want to work as an animal caretaker. The role includes all tasks related to animal care, such as caring for the dairy cows, looking after calves, supervising animals on pasture, and following daily hygiene routines.

What we are looking for in you is a positive attitude, a willingness to contribute to good teamwork, and a desire to develop. Previous experience or education in agriculture is a plus, but not a requirement. We are looking for the right person to help us develop our operations together.

The position is primarily full-time, but adjustments can be made. Some weekend work is included. Housing rental opportunities are available.
