About the role As a Business Manager, you are responsible for both new customer acquisition and existing customers, with a focus on developing the business and creating added value. You are constantly looking for new business opportunities and actively participate in various networks. The role involves a strong focus on prospecting and processing new customers, while we place great emphasis on maintaining and nurturing our existing customer relationships to always be the customer's first choice.

In addition to sales, you are also responsible for placing the right consultant in the right position, as well as following up on and supporting them in their daily work at the client site.

Who are you? We are looking for someone driven by achieving results and not afraid to set high goals. You have experience in B2B sales, and it is an advantage if you have worked within recruitment and staffing. You have good knowledge of the local business community and are skilled at building relationships with customers.

In the role of Business Manager, you need to be quick in action and thought, solution-oriented, and have a high activity level. We see that you are business-minded, relationship-building, result- and goal-oriented, and possess strong communication skills and a strong drive to succeed.

A driver's license and access to a personal car are required.
