About the role:
As a Team Leader in Cleaning at Sodexo, you are responsible for leading and coordinating cleaning assignments in an area stretching from Torekov to Malmö. Based in Helsingborg, you will ensure high quality in the delivery to our customers and be a key figure in daily operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, and following up on cleaning assignments within your area.
- Leading and motivating the cleaning team to ensure a good working environment and high quality.
- Handling changes in a solution-oriented manner and acting quickly in urgent situations.
- Collaborating with customers and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Administrative tasks, such as reporting and documentation.
- Performing various cleaning duties.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in operational planning and personnel management, preferably within cleaning or a similar field.
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and is flexible to travel within the area.
- Is comfortable using computers and digital tools in their work.
- Has strong leadership skills and enjoys inspiring and developing employees.
- Is solution-oriented, creative, and able to think strategically even under pressure.
- Communicates clearly and has a good ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Employment type and working hours:
The position is permanent, 100%, Monday–Friday. Probation period applies.
