For summer & autumn 2026, we are looking for you who want to work extra with us at STF Undersvik. We are looking for more service-oriented farm hosts who enjoy being themselves and always deliver world-class guest service.

Accommodation, food, and nature experiences are part of our business, but it is built on meetings between people. What does the role involve?

• Welcome and serve guests
• Work in our dining room, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We often have large groups that book out our entire farm.
• Cleaning of rooms and common areas - our most important hospitality
• Support and help colleagues across departmental boundaries

We often work in small teams where flexibility and initiative are important. The positions are versatile and contain several areas of work.

Who are you?

• A team player who wants to be part of a great team
• Responsible and keen to contribute to the overall experience for our guests
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Be flexible as work shifts sometimes arise with short notice
• Merits if you have experience from restaurant work or hotel systems and have worked in a hotel reception previously

What you can expect as an employee:

• Employment type: Casual days contract
• Hourly wage according to collective agreement: Visita/HRF's Green National Agreement
• Work schedule follows the needs of the business and involves work on weekdays as well as weekends, daytime as well as evening time
• Meal deduction according to collective agreement, regulated by the Swedish Tax Agency
• Wellness allowance
