We produce juice under two strong brands:

Råsaft – cold-pressed juice treated with HPP (High Pressure Processing) by an external partner to preserve taste and nutrients.

Rscued – sustainable juices and beverages that are pasteurized in our own production.

We are now looking for a Team Leader for our filling department, where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

About the role:

As a Team Leader, you work close to production and are a natural leader on the floor. You combine operational work in the filling process with responsibility for supporting the team, developing working methods, and ensuring that our high standards for food safety and quality are met.

You will be the link between operators and production management, contributing to creating an engaged team focused on continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and support daily work in the filling process.
• Work operationally together with the team.
• Ensure that hygiene routines, food safety, and quality requirements are followed.
• Introduce and train new employees.
• Monitor production results and actively work on continuous improvements.
• Identify and report deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and positive work environment.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance to optimize the process.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from food production or other manufacturing industries.
• Has previous experience leading people, formally or informally.
• Is a person who takes initiative and gets things done.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working close to operations.
• Has good communication skills and creates engagement among colleagues.

Qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience with food safety and hygiene work.
• Experience with improvement work, such as Lean or 5S.
• Experience from filling, packaging, or process industries.
