Experienced Machine Operator for a technology-driven client in Knivsta

Your responsibilities

We are looking for machine operators for an innovative client in Knivsta that is a leader in smart solutions for preventing water damage. Products developed here include leak protection, water alarms, water cut-off valves, and BIM-based systems that create safer properties. As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring and ensuring efficient production. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operation and monitoring of production machines
• Simple settings and adjustments of machines
• Quality control of products
• Troubleshooting and resolving simple operational disruptions
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in similar roles within the manufacturing industry
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Flexibility to work varying hours, as the business operates on day, evening, and night shifts
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a technical interest
• The ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment with good collaboration skills
• Proactivity, initiative, and a drive to move the business forward through improvements and solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills
