Storekeeper for Warehouse Logistics at Södertälje Hospital

This is not a traditional warehouse job. As a storekeeper with us, you are a vital part of the hospital's material supply, ensuring that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. Through your work, you create the conditions for healthcare staff to focus on what is most important – the patients.

You work independently with great personal responsibility and have daily contact with units within the hospital. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare, where you contribute to efficient and secure material supply. You will also have the opportunity to participate in development and improvement work to strengthen and streamline the hospital's logistics processes.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Restocking and maintaining stores in the various units,
  • Ordering and storing consumables,
  • Conducting inventory and monitoring stock levels,
  • Collaborating with healthcare units to ensure the right assortment and stock levels,
  • Participating in development and improvement work within logistics and material supply,
  • Working in various warehouse and ordering systems.

Your personal qualities

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach. You work in a structured manner and adapt your communication based on the recipient and situation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment.

Your qualifications

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Upper secondary education or equivalent.
  • Good physical fitness as the work involves daily movement and handling of goods.

Merits:

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or service work.
  • Experience with ClockWork Procurement.
  • Experience working in hospital logistics or material supply within healthcare.
  • Experience with LEAN, 5S, or other improvement work.
  • Knowledge of healthcare-related consumables and material flows.

Employment type

Permanent, full-time. Working hours are: 07:00–15:30.
