Responsible for machinery service, repairs, and rental
With us, you become an important part of the team. Together, we create a warm welcome and clear advice for our customers. You will primarily be based at the customer center and the workshop. You will also sometimes work on-site at customer locations, giving you the opportunity to get closer to their daily lives and needs.
In this role, you will work with repairs, service, and maintenance of equipment. You provide advice on our machinery range, participate in sales, and contribute to smooth deliveries. You ensure that the equipment maintains high quality and is safe to use, while also helping to meet our environmental requirements.

Service-oriented customer center employee with experience in machinery repairs
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and have a genuine commitment to what you do. You thrive in meetings with people and find it easy to build good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. You take responsibility, are proactive, and are happy to help out wherever needed to provide the best possible service.
Since the role involves close collaboration with our other customer centers, it is important that you are flexible, curious, and accustomed to working together. You work in a structured manner, are meticulous in your tasks, and enjoy finding solutions that exceed customer expectations.
The position requires:
- At least two years of experience in repairs and machinery knowledge
- At least two years of experience in a service role
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good English skills
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have a construction permit and experience operating wheel loaders or larger machinery. Previous experience from the rental industry or the construction industry is also considered an advantage.
