We are now looking for a Nurse for Special Housing in Håbo Municipality

About the workplace

As a nurse with us, you work with basic and to some extent advanced healthcare for the municipality's residents aged 17 and up. Your assignment covers special housing, and during on-call hours, also ordinary housing, short-term housing, and LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Some evening shifts and work every sixth weekend are included. You collaborate in a team with other professional groups within care and social services. The operations are conducted in Bålsta and the surrounding area.

Your responsibilities

You are the hub in the work regarding the patient, making assessments and decisions based on the patient's needs. You work in close collaboration with the nursing staff and rehabilitation personnel, as well as having close contact with health centers and other healthcare providers. The work includes practical tasks as well as delegating nursing care and administrative duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse – newly graduated or with a few years of experience in the profession. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language as well as good ability to communicate orally and in writing. The ability to independently organize and prioritize work is a fundamental trait, as is good teamwork skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Since we travel by car, a driver's license is required. Previous experience working in Håbo Municipality is meritorious.
