We at the Energy and Indoor Environment business area are responsible for the indoor environment in our properties. We want to make these properties as energy-efficient as possible. We have gathered expertise within the unit, where property technicians, operations technicians, and engineers within control, regulation, monitoring, and HVAC work together to find smart solutions for operations.

The Energy and Indoor Environment business area is part of the Operations and Maintenance department, which is responsible for supervision, repair, and maintenance of land, buildings, and installations over time, ensuring good technical status and satisfied customers. This is achieved through close cooperation with customers, other departments within the administration, and other organizations in the city. The department is responsible for carrying out inspections required by authorities and contributes to the development of energy-saving measures. We carry out the assignments ordered by our customers.

Job Responsibilities

You will perform operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the technical systems in the properties, primarily heating and ventilation. This means that in your daily work, you ensure that these systems function according to the administration's requirements and the tenant's expectations. As part of our preventive maintenance work, you will conduct annual operational rounds and rectify minor faults. You troubleshoot and fix errors. Together with your operations technician, you handle urgent cases from customers and control systems. You work together to create a good indoor environment for the customer and to achieve Stadsfastigheter's energy efficiency goals. We want you to join us in keeping our properties in the best technical condition.

Communication with tenants, contractors, colleagues, and property managers is an important part of the job.

The position is a fixed-term employment for 5 months.

Qualifications

You have a genuine interest in technology, take great responsibility for your work, and are not afraid to take initiative. You thrive in a workplace where a lot happens, where no day is like the other. You should enjoy working with energy issues, like development, and be innovative.

We want you, the applicant, to have at least a high school education with a focus on HVAC and property, or an education that we consider equivalent. It is an advantage if you have a few years of experience working with heating and ventilation systems in properties.

Practical experience in computerized control, regulation, and monitoring is meritorious. If you also have knowledge and experience in electrical and piping installations, we consider this valuable.

A valid B-driver's license and good computer skills are required for this position.
