About the role and your responsibilities

Welcome and guide visitors, guests, and organizers at events.

Responsible for visitor entry and exit as well as ticket and entrance control.

Staff cloakrooms, information desks, and other service functions.

Prepare venues for events through furnishing, signage, and setting up areas.

Perform rigging and dismantling before and after events.

Staff kiosks and sales areas, and handle cash registers according to established routines.

Ensure order, comfort, and good service during ongoing events.

Provide assistance in security-related situations and follow the arena's safety and working environment routines.

Perform simple cleaning and restoration of premises before, during, and after events.

Act as the arena's ambassadors by contributing to a professional, welcoming, and positive guest experience.

  • Flexible and solution-oriented in an operation where conditions can change quickly.
  • Professional in your approach to guests, customers, associations, and colleagues.
  • Stress-resistant and confident in handling periods of high tempo and many simultaneous tasks.
  • Detailed and structured, with the ability to follow routines and instructions.
  • Strong communicator, clear in dialogue with both guests and employees.
  • Representative and functioning as a positive ambassador for the arena and the organization.
  • Solution-focused, with the ability to see opportunities and contribute to handling challenges professionally.
  • Have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards working in a team.

About the workplace

Sparbanken Skåne Arena works with various types of events within culture and sports. The facility is our arena for elite sports as well as a venue for trade fairs and cultural events, such as the upcoming premiere of Hipp Hipp this autumn.
