Your Role

We are now looking for several Janitors/Cleaners for Uppsalahem's eastern and western districts. As a Janitor at Uppsalahem, you are one of the employees who works closest to the customer. You enjoy meeting people and radiate joy in your customer interactions. You contribute to our tenants' well-being by keeping the common areas of our buildings clean and well-maintained. Your tasks include cleaning stairwells, laundry rooms, and cellar corridors. In your role, you are responsible for one or more residential areas, giving you considerable freedom to plan your work independently. You usually work autonomously but are part of a tight-knit team, and we sometimes help each other with our respective areas.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• a basic education (compulsory school), while a high school diploma is meritorious
• previous experience in cleaning facilities
• a valid driver's license (Category B)
• good proficiency in Swedish

Additional training in this field is considered an asset.

Since you will be in contact with our tenants, we want you to be a good communicator who shows engagement and empathy. You are meticulous, responsible, and able to independently identify tasks that need to be done.
