Our clients are construction companies, and we do not work directly with private individuals.

Experience

We are looking for you who have experience in the construction industry and thrive in practical and varied work. You have good knowledge of construction and preferably experience with concrete work, reinforcement, and formwork. A vocational certificate as a concrete worker is an advantage, but we also value those who have acquired equivalent competence through work experience. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and accustomed to working independently. You have a solution-oriented approach and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace through professional interaction with both customers and colleagues. Salary and Employment Conditions

You will be employed under the collective agreement "Byggavtalet" (Construction Agreement), which includes:

• Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on the project
• Insurance
• Reduced working hours
• Health promotion allowance

You will initially be employed for six months. If everything goes well and we get along, your employment will convert to a permanent position (indefinite contract). Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.
