What does the role entail?
As an Operations Manager, you are the hub of daily operations. You lead, coach, and support your team – both in everyday work and in development. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, that customers feel secure, and that the delivery is of the highest class. The role is varied and eventful, perfect for you who like to be both strategic and operational.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Create smart staffing solutions that make daily life efficient and smooth
• Inspire, guide, and be close to your employees in daily work
• Monitor and develop quality at customer sites
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs
• Drive improvements and contribute ideas that develop the entire business
• Handle induction and training of new employees

Who are you?

We would like you to have:

• Experience working in facility cleaning
• Administrative experience
• Good computer and system knowledge
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license category B

Meritorious:

• Education in INSTA 800 and/or SRY
