About the job

Your main responsibility is to deliver food products to Axfood's stores, ensuring they receive the right goods, in the right condition, and at the right time. You will deliver both dry goods and chilled/frozen products, loaded in cages and on pallets, which you will unload directly at the stores. You may also assist with loading at the terminal when needed.

You will be based at Dagab's terminal in Bålsta, where you will also return after your shift.

Introduction and training in routines and processes take place during the first 5 days (Monday–Friday), after you have completed a reversing test with a car and trailer.

Who we are looking for:

• You have good experience in driving and customer contact, along with a high level of service orientation.
• You are confident in reversing a truck and trailer to the dock.
• You have a good eye for order and precision.
• Since the work can be physically demanding, we prefer that you take care of your health and have good physical fitness to work ergonomically correctly.
• Other personal qualities are also valued.

Working hours:

We prefer that you are flexible regarding which days and times you can work, to support operations where the need is greatest. A rotating schedule may apply.

General schedule for local food distribution:

Monday 07.00–16.00, Tuesday–Friday 06.00–16.00

General schedule for long-distance food distribution:

Rotating schedule covering all hours of the day.

Requirements:

• CE driving license
• Valid YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence for professional drivers)
• ADR 1.3
• Forklift license
• You can understand, speak, and read Swedish without difficulty

Merits:

• At least 6 months of daily driving experience with a heavy truck and trailer
• Previous experience in food distribution

Employment terms:

You will initially be employed by Job&Talent, with a strong possibility of transitioning to direct employment with Dagab.
