What does the role offer?

As a warehouse assistant, you will have a fast-paced and varied workday where you manage the flow from goods receipt to dispatch. You receive incoming goods, quality-assure deliveries, and register items in the system. The role also includes handling dangerous goods according to clear safety procedures. Throughout the day, you pick and pack customer orders, load and unload using a forklift, and ensure the warehouse remains structured, safe, and well-organized. You collaborate closely with other departments and support with inventories, discrepancies, and questions regarding deliveries.

Main responsibilities:

• Goods receipt, quality control, and staging
• Picking and packing of customer orders as well as transport administration
• Forklift operation for loading, unloading, and positioning of goods
• Service and goods issuance, including pressure testing and exchange systems
• Delivery monitoring, transport bookings, and support during inventories

This is a full-time daytime position, and for the right person, there are excellent opportunities for direct employment with the client after the consulting assignment.

Who are you?

We are looking for a communicative and driven warehouse worker who masters the entire flow from goods receipt and staging to picking, packing, and transport administration. You work with picking using both forklifts and pick carts, and you need to be quick to learn our systems. To thrive here, it is important that you are confident in social interactions, have a positive social style, and contribute to strengthening the team spirit on the floor. In the long term, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility and step into a Team Leader role for a smaller group. A forklift license is required. ADR 1.3 is an asset, but if you lack it, we can arrange internal training.
