About the role
As the Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the operations.
You work close to the operations and serve as a support for employees in their daily work. By prioritizing and creating structure, you contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations and enable people to succeed in their assignments. The role combines creative and strategic development work with close operational responsibility.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Responsibility for the development and content of the operations in collaboration with the board
- Lead, develop, and participate in daily work
- Personnel, work environment, and line management responsibility
- Budget, economy, and follow-up responsibility
- Coordinate volunteers and external collaborations
- Act as contact person for matters concerning technology, premises, and the practical functioning of the operations
Who are you?
You are accustomed to coordinating people and operations and have the ability to create engagement, participation, and good collaborative relationships. When something unexpected happens, you remain calm, find solutions, and help the operations move forward. You enjoy meeting people and understand the importance of professional hospitality. You are flexible, unpretentious, and not afraid to step in where needed.
Furthermore, you have:
- A few years of experience in leadership, line management, or operational development
- Experience in financial follow-up, administration, and working in digital operational systems
- Ease in expressing yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- A valid driver's license (Category B)
Desirable experience
- From association life, cultural activities, or similar meeting places
- In grant applications and funding
- In collaboration with external actors
