Transport Manager / Logistics Planner at Svenskt Kretslopp AB – Mölnbo

Our client is now looking for a Transport Manager / Logistics Planner for their operations in Mölnbo, just outside Södertälje. This is a key role for you who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking responsibility, and want to contribute to the development of a growing business within recycling and transport.
Here, you will become an important part of a close and engaged organization where you work closely with the CEO, workshop manager, drivers, and customers. We are looking for a clear leader who wants to contribute long-term and develop together with the company.
About the Role
As a Transport Manager, you are responsible for the daily planning and coordination of the company's logistics operations. You lead the logistics department and ensure that transports are carried out efficiently with high service and quality.
The role is broad and varied, involving both operational and administrative responsibilities. No two days are alike, which requires flexibility, structure, and good problem-solving skills.
In the beginning, you will be very present on-site to get to know the organization and build good relationships with both employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily transport planning and logistics.
- Lead and distribute work within the logistics department.
- Have personnel responsibility for approximately 10 drivers.
- Work closely with customers and ensure a high level of service.
- Plan and optimize transports and handle urgent changes.
- Compile data for journeys, times, and financial follow-up for further invoicing and administration.
- Work in several business and transport systems.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, workshop manager, and other functions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of logistics flows and working methods.
- Provide practical support to operations when needed.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in transport management, logistics planning, or a similar role.
- Are a clear and confident leader with experience in personnel responsibility or team leadership.
- Have very good administrative and organizational skills.
- Enjoy customer contact and have a strong service focus.
- Are solution-oriented and make quick, well-founded decisions.
- Are computer literate and work comfortably in various business and planning systems.
- Speak and write Swedish fluently.
Merits
- Experience from the transport, recycling, or haulage industry.
- Knowledge of trucks, crane exchanges, or other heavy vehicle logistics.
- Category C driving license. (This is primarily a merit to understand the operations and vehicles – the role does not involve driving trucks daily.)
- Experience in finance or administration-related tasks.

About the Position
- Location: Mölnbo, outside Södertälje.
- Scope: Full-time.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.
- Start: Immediately or as agreed.
- Salary: 40,000–45,000 SEK/month.
- Company car included.
