Our advisory team is growing, and we are looking for you who want to take the next step in your role as an advisor – whether you already have extensive experience or are ready to grow into a more senior position.

About the role

As a Production Advisor at Växa, you work closely with entrepreneurs in dairy and meat production. You support customers in developing their production, profitability, and long-term business strategies.

You manage your own customer assignments and work with:

  • Feeding and feed planning
  • Operational and production optimization
  • Animal welfare and milk quality
  • Production economics and profitability
  • Development and change in agricultural businesses

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in agriculture and advisory services who wishes to further develop in this role.

You:

  • Have relevant education (e.g., agricultural engineer or livestock agronomist)
  • Have a strong interest in advisory services, analysis, and customer dialogue
  • Enjoy meeting with entrepreneurs and want to build long-term relationships
  • Take responsibility for your work and wish to continue developing

It is an advantage if you have:

  • An interest in business and sales
  • Specialization in areas such as feed, economics, production, leadership, or other specialist fields
