We are looking for a Technical Construction/Test Manager and an Administrative Support for Trafikverket – Lundby Tunnel Reinforcement Project.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Gothenburg.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The assignment is carried out on-site in Gothenburg and means that you will become part of Trafikverket's project organization in one of the region's largest reinforcement projects. You will work in close cooperation with project managers, contractors, and technical specialists.

• Technical Construction/Test Manager – 100%

• Administrative Support – 80–100%

For a long-term assignment with Trafikverket, we are now looking for a team of two consultants to strengthen the project organization within a comprehensive reinforcement project in the Lundby Tunnel.

The project involves reinforcement of control and monitoring systems as well as water/sewage/ventilation and is carried out within the Maintenance business area, Region West.

Role 1 – Technical Construction/Test Manager

As a technical construction/test manager, you will become an important part of the client's project organization and be responsible for, among other things:

• Participate in and lead tests within current projects.

• Participate in inspections of control and monitoring systems, water/sewage/ventilation, and environmental monitoring systems.

• Review technical documentation and deliveries.

• Coordinate technical issues between different technical areas.

• Lead technical meetings with contractors.

• Participate in technical investigations and assist project management with technical issues.

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

• University degree in engineering of at least 180 credits or equivalent competence.

• At least 4 years of experience as a construction manager or foreman in complex control and monitoring systems as well as water/sewage/ventilation in road or infrastructure facilities.

• Experience with quality control during commissioning of PLC and SCADA systems.

• Practical experience with contract law (AB/ABT).

• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent.

Role 2 – Administrative Support

You will provide administrative support to the project organization and contribute to an efficient implementation of the project.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Administrative support to project management.

• Project administration within infrastructure systems.

• Coordination and administration of handover processes.

• Ongoing reporting and document management.

• Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

• University or college education of at least 180 credits in engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent.

• At least two years of experience in project management, project administration, project planning, or design within road, railway, or infrastructure projects.

• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent.
