The company is a global player in defense and security technology, developing advanced technology to create a safer world. With a broad portfolio of products and services within aviation, land, maritime, and cybersecurity, they are a leading actor in their field.

The company is in constant development and is now looking for a Software Project Manager who will be responsible for the interface between our internal software teams and customer projects. Your mission is to ensure that deliveries are made on time, with the right functionality, and within the financial framework.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• coordinate and follow up on the team's work in relation to project plans,
• ensure that budget and schedule are maintained,
• work with project management tools for sprint and quarterly planning,
• produce reports, statistics, and materials for follow-ups.

Our development teams work independently with requirements, design, implementation, and testing of the software. Your role will be to create structure and overview so that the whole works and the final result meets the customers' needs.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with a technical background, for example as a university or civil engineer, or equivalent experience. We believe you have worked for a few years as a sub-project manager, assistant project manager, or scrum master and now want to take the next step in your career.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are:

• Structured and used to creating order even in complex project environments
• Communicative and enjoy collaborating with different functions
• Solution-oriented and proactive – a person who gets things done
• Comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Previous experience from software development is an advantage but not a requirement – the important thing is that you can understand the big picture and create conditions for progress.

The position is security classified and requires you to undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security protection. For some security classified roles, Swedish citizenship may also be required.
