We are now looking for a driven and engaged receptionist to join our team at Avarn Security. As a receptionist, you will be the first person visitors and customers meet, which is why it is important that you are service-oriented and have the ability to create a positive and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide visitors in a friendly and accommodating manner
• Handle incoming calls, forward them, and take messages
• Manage mail and package deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks and document handling as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in similar work is advantageous, but not a requirement
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and be flexible

NOTE! To be considered for the position, you must be able to attend the first part of the security guard basic training in the autumn, which takes place for 2 weeks at the beginning of October. Who are you?

We are looking for security-conscious, social, empathetic, and positive individuals with inner confidence and a natural drive to help others. Security guards work in many different environments with very varied tasks – we are looking for you who enjoy working with people and have a clear service-oriented commitment. We also appreciate if you can communicate fluently in English.

General requirements:

• At least 18 years old and clean criminal record
• Drug-free
• High school diploma
• Good command of Swedish, both verbal and written
• Good health and physical condition
• Sound financial standing
• Driver's license for patrol duties

Security guard training, order maintenance officer appointment, and protective security guard approval are meritorious. Other meritorious qualifications include experience in the security industry, some technical knowledge, additional language skills beyond Swedish and English, and previous experience working in public environments.
