Machine Operator in Värnamo

Are you technically inclined and thrive when working practically with machines? Then this might be the job for you. We are currently looking for a machine operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Värnamo.

The position starts as a temporary assignment through us, with a high chance of permanent employment with our client once the right person is in place. For those who want more, there is also the opportunity to develop into a setup technician (ställare) role in the long term.

About the role

As a machine operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring production machines in daily operations. You ensure that production flows smoothly, perform simple adjustments and checks, and keep an eye on quality standards. The work is performed in 2-shifts.

We are looking for someone who

• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is technically interested and has an easy time understanding how machines work
• Enjoys tinkering or working with hands in their spare time – this is a big plus
• Is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in an environment where you get to work with your hands

Having a forklift license is an advantage.
