At Långshyttan Health Centre, you will work in a team alongside district physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, medical secretaries, and speech therapists to provide good and safe care with the patient in focus.

Långshyttan Health Centre is located in Hedemora Municipality and has approximately 5,400 registered patients. The centre employs district physicians, trainee doctors, nurses, district nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and medical secretaries. We offer services including a nurse/district nurse clinic, an assistant nurse clinic, a doctor's clinic, a laboratory, rehabilitation, and a counseling clinic. We also have a child health center and a maternal health center.

As an assistant nurse at the health centre, you will be part of a team. Your duties also include assisting doctors at the doctor's clinic, staffing the laboratory, and booking sample collection times based on incoming calls in our TeleQ system. Some administrative tasks are also involved, such as orders, time booking, and invitations for basic check-ups with the doctor.

We are looking for someone who:

• has completed assistant nurse training

• experience in primary care

As a person, you are thorough and responsible. You have good initiative and planning skills. You are flexible and enjoy collaborating with various professional categories. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability, including good teamwork and a positive attitude towards patients and staff.
