Welcome to Cramers Blommor – a family business founded in 1959. Their commercial nursery is located in Hillared. There, they offer a complete assortment of flowers, garden plants, cut flowers, accessories, tools, urns, and more for home & garden. They are open every day of the week. In addition to their nursery, they also operate an e-commerce store.

For the 2026 season, Cramers Blommor is looking for skilled part-time employees with an interest in plants to support their e-commerce operations, based at their nursery in Hillared, 2 miles south of Borås.

You will work together with your colleagues picking and packing plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, and other accessory assortments. Picking takes place outdoors in all kinds of weather, so you must be comfortable working in any conditions. General maintenance tasks such as weeding, watering, and assisting other departments are part of your duties. Physically heavy lifting may occur.

For this position, you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and hired as a consultant to Cramers Blommor.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You must have another main occupation (studies or work) with a commitment of at least 50%.

Cramers' customers expect top-level service, which requires you to be attentive, creative, and communicative in Swedish, both in speech and writing.

You understand the importance of putting the customer first and ensuring that everyone is greeted by an organized and well-maintained store. Cramers operates seasonally, so you must be available to work throughout the entire summer.

Requirements include holding a Category B driver's license and having your own car, as public transport does not always align with working hours.

Working hours are primarily during the day, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00, but evening and weekend shifts may occur.
