The Role of Resident Doctor (ST)

We are looking for a Resident Doctor (ST) in General Practice. The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%), but the degree of employment can be discussed according to preferences. Start date is by agreement.

For those who are to perform basic training (BT) at the beginning of their ST, a fixed-term appointment may initially be relevant, with the aim that the employment will transition to a permanent position. If you have completed your internship (AT), we can offer you a permanent position as a Resident Doctor (ST). RJL has a concept for BT that benefits both you as an employee and the workplace.

Gislaved Health Centre, with branches in Anderstorp and Hestra, is part of Bra Liv Health Centres, which is the region-run primary care within Jönköping County. Our goal is "Better health for all," which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. Gislaved Health Centre has approximately 12,900 registered patients. We have just over 50 employees from various professions, and our work is characterized by teamwork based on patient needs.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level)
• Has a driver's license
• Can work independently but also collaboratively with different professional groups
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good patient interaction
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve operations together with us
• Embraces new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues
• Can adapt your work, interaction, and approach based on the patient and situation
• Wants to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment through good collaboration with management and colleagues

As a Resident Doctor (ST), your ST planning takes place in collaboration between you, supervisor, manager, and study director. Here, you receive continuous supervision from experienced district doctors. The ST doctors in the healthcare area meet regularly with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program. Collaboration with Futurum, Jönköping County's research and education unit, and Qulturum, the region's unit for business development and improvements, also makes it possible to develop within research or towards a future leadership role.
