Imera AB is currently seeking hourly substitute staff for our LSS group home in Motala. With us, you will find meaningful work where you make a real difference for people with complex needs.

Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting users in their daily lives according to individual needs and implementation plans.
• Creating a safe and respectful environment for all residents.
• Handling challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Documenting according to current routines and legal requirements.
• The work may include sleeping on-call duties.

About You

We are looking for you who have relevant education, for example from the Care and Nursing Program or a YH education in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You must have very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a valid Category B driver's license (this is a requirement).

It is a requirement that you have previous experience from care and nursing, LSS, or psychiatry.

You are a person who is calm, stable, and professional, and you have the ability to handle stress and conflict situations. Good physical and mental stamina is a prerequisite for the position.

Workplace and Hours

Location: Motala
Working Hours: Evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call duties.
