We are now looking for more demolition workers and asbestos remediation specialists who want to become part of our team in Stockholm.

About the Role

As a demolition worker and asbestos remediation specialist with us, you will work on varied projects within demolition, remediation, and restoration.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demolition work in residential buildings, commercial premises, and industrial properties
• Asbestos remediation in accordance with current regulations and directives
• Encapsulation and establishment of remediation areas
• Dismantling and sorting of materials
• Waste management and environmental sorting
• Documentation and self-control checks
• Collaboration with foremen, project managers, and other professional groups

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in demolition work and/or asbestos remediation
• Is responsible and meticulous
• Thrives in physical work
• Has good teamwork skills
• Works safely and follows routines and regulations

Requirements

• Training in asbestos remediation
• Medical fitness assessment for asbestos work
• Category B driver's license
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

Merits

• Experience with PCB remediation
• Hot Work certification
• Scissor lift/Boom lift license
• Fall protection training
• SSG or equivalent safety training
• Experience from the construction industry
